Psychotherapy, Counselling, & Coaching in Tunbridge Wells and Online

Welcome!

If you’re looking at this page you may be feeling in need of some extra support right now. Perhaps you’re struggling to overcome painful experiences, or you simply want to understand yourself better and live more fully. Whatever brings you here, this is your first step in making sense of things and prioritising yourself.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Coach I offer an approach that not only looks to the past for insight but also helps plan for a better future. At any stage in life, we can feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected, leading to feelings of confusion, sadness, or stress. Coping can feel impossible, yet understanding how and why you got to this point - and, more importantly, finding a path forward - is within reach.

If you'd like to explore working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation which you can arrange using the ‘book Intro call’ button above. Alternatively, contact me by phone or email.

Developing Self-Awareness

Together, we’ll explore your situation and how life feels for you. Through this process, you’ll develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Rebalancing

Our work together may help open up new perspectives and insights, while also shifting unhelpful patterns in how you relate to yourself, others or life situations. We’ll explore the issues you bring in-depth with the aim of achieving greater inner balance and harmony.

Moving Forward

We’ll also focus on the future by developing your strengths, enhancing your resources and nurturing resilience - empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond our work together.

What we can talk About

I work with clients on a wide range of issues including:

Trauma and PTSD

Someone with PTSD often relives the traumatic event through nightmares and flashbacks, and may experience feelings of isolation, irritability and guilt.

They may also have problems sleeping, such as insomnia, and find concentrating difficult.

These symptoms are often severe and persistent enough to have a significant impact on the person's day-to-day life.
