I offer a therapeutic approach that draws from psychotherapy (including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Transactional Analysis) as well as coaching.
By combining traditional therapy with elements of coaching, I can help you look not only at where you are now and how you got to this point, but crucially, I can also help you move towards the changes you want to experience. Together, we can focus on deeper emotional issues and also work in more practical ways to develop your strengths.
I have an interest in mind-body connection, particularly in relation to trauma and PTSD, and the use of breathwork and mindfulness practices to help cultivate self-awareness, regulate emotions, and live more fully in the present moment.
